This canvas was to become an awning adorning the front of a brasserie, the entrance to a palace or the windows of a Haussmann office building. Because it didn't conform to its specifications, or was overstock, it never fulfilled its destiny. Today, it's going to live a hectic and exciting daily life: yours.
